Okay, I just wanted to get a pulse and see who all you ladies (and gents, if we have any) are currently loving and possibly even hating or just scratch your head over why ladies find them hot. My current crushes, in no particular order: 1. Gerard Butler - Scottish accents are just the hottest of the hot. Plus he seems like such a manly, man and fun to boot. Even though I say this list is in no particular order, Gerard is my top crush right now. 2. Jeffery Dean Morgan - love his laugh, his smile, and his voice. 3. Shemar Moore - he seems like such a self-centered dick who knows his ass is hot, but damned if he ain't hot as hell 4. Chris Tucker - I love a man who can make me laugh and he has a beautiful eyes and smile 5. Johnny Depp - no explanation required 6. Ralph Fiennes - I usually don't go for Englishmen, but he is sexy. I am ashamed to admit that I thought he was hot in Schindler's List. I absolutely hated The English Patient, but I sit through it just to see him and his stalker eyes. I still need to see In Bruges. 7. The Rock 8. John Stewart - I love a funny, smart man 9. Barrack Obama - power is sexy 11. Will Smith - he has improved with age. Honorable mentions to James Scott, EM Guys I don't understand why girls get hot for: 1. The dude from the movie Twilight 2. Orlando Bloom - he just seems so feminine to me 3. Vin Diesel - just fugacious and seems semi-special/slow 4. George Clooney - yes he is suave and debonair, but he looks slightly prehistoric and like a cromagnum man to me and he has such a limited acting style 5. John Mayer - douche 6. Boy band members, all of them. Even when I was a kid I didn't go for those types. 7. All rappers except LL Cool J. Talk about a fug parade. Lil Wayne and 50 cent look like they eat roaches. |

I knew we were kindred spirits--I too am utterly mystified by George Clooney's appeal. Also, LL Cool J is and always has been fine. I've met Gerard Butler...total flirt. At first we asked him for a pic then, he just said no. We then said PLEEEEEEEEEEEESE..then he said "sure!" TOTALLY HOTT!!! (I'm pissed that I dont have a copy because it wasnt taken with my camera!) Right now...Christian Bale!! Liz |

I am so jealous. When and where did you meet him? Did he look good. Even though I am a huge fan, I recognize that his look swing drastically from one extreme to another - total hottie to homeless beggar with swollen chipmunk cheeks. |

My friends and I met him in a concert. We had pretty good seats, lots of celebs, he walked up right by us and we stopped and asked. He was wearing standard jeans and shirt....and he did look HOTT! Liz |

I have no idea who Gerard Butler is. Or Chris Pine. I'm old, I guess. carmi, I haven't seen Star Trek and I am not a Star Trek fan, but my friends who have seen it said it was pretty good. I haven't heard anybody say anything bad about it. |

I really have to get a photobucket account. But he was the star in 300 (King Leonidis), starred opposite Hilary Swank in P.S. I Love You, Nim's Island, RocknRolla (Guy Richie movie), Phantom of the Opera, Reign of Fire, etc. Any of this sound familiar? He can be hard to recognize because his looks can change drastically from one moment to the next and I don't even think it is on purpose. I don't think he is devastingly handsome, but he just melts my haagen-dazs. I have no idea who Chris Pine is either. I absolutely detest Star Trek, but even I am curious to see it because many have said it is good, even my bro who is sooo not a Trekkie. |

Ooh . . . he's a cutie. Thanks for posting the pic! mitou, no, none of that sounds familiar. I haven't seen any of those movies--I hardly ever go to the movies anymore. I have apparently become a hermit. But I will solve the mystery and post a pic here:  He's very nice-looking indeed. I was picturing someone younger for some reason, why I don't know because I literally had no idea who he was. |
