Since I'm back, I decided that it would be the perfect time to start a new fic (even though I have one that I haven't finished :$ ) Anyway, this fic starts in June 2008, when EJole had their passionate summer romance, but before their first kiss, and making out sessions. What if Nicole would've never gotten pregnant?  ---------------------------------- Chapter 1. ''Hello Mr. DiMera!'' Nicole said smiling. She had just came in to Chez Rouge, and was now waiting for her drink in the bar, wearing a red dress which made her look extremely sexy. ''Oh Nicole, I mean Ms. Walker. You're looking beautiful tonight! You're alone?'' EJ said, and sat down next to Nicole. For over a month he had been feeling something for her. Just the fact that Nicole Walker was maybe the most gorgeous woman he'd ever met made him have a crush on her, but just knowing how dangerous and evil she was... EJ couldn't resist. ''Oh yes, I am alone. Why?'' Nicole smirked. Of course she knew what EJ had meant, but she was more than willing to play along his little game. Also Nicole was very interested in her new lawyer. ''Nothing, well should we talk business?'' EJ asked, and ordered a martini. ''Elvis.. I'm here to relax. Talking about my divorce is not my idea of relaxing! So no, no business this time.'' EJ blushed a bit. He wasn't used to feel like that. ''Okay, well let's relax then. I know, lets talk about you!'' Talking about herself was not a pleasant thing for Nicole. Telling about her failed relationships, her awful family/childhood, and all that other crap wasn't really how she wanted EJ to get to know her. ''You want to talk about me?'' Nicole laughed nervously. ''Yes..?'' ''No. You go first!'' ''Okay.. Well I'm Elvis, EJ for short. I live in Salem..'' EJ started but Nicole was already stopping him. ''No no no no... I know who you are! I want to know if you have a wife, kids, your hobbies, what food you like etc! Something nice.'' Nicole smiled, and took EJ's martini.'' I love these'' She said, and drank it all at once. Then, a little surprised EJ started to talk. ''I'm married.'' -------------------------------------- So I changed the real SL a bit. Nicole doesn't know about Sami etc yet. You like it? Should I continue it?

Nicole shivered. ''You're.. married. Well, emm that's interesting!'' she tried to act like no big deal. ''Yea, I've been married for almost a year now.'' ''Any kids?'' Nicole asked and fumbled for another martini. ''Yea, I have a son, Johnny who's almost a year old.'' EJ said and smiled. Nicole saw how much he cared for his little boy. ''So if you have a family, why are you hanging out with me on a Saturday evening then?'' ''Things are not going so well with me and my wife, and she wants to have our son and all this other crap! You see, no ring! That tells you something!'' EJ said, and showed off his finger. Nicole looked at his dark eyes. The pain, and misery was outstanding. She wasn't used to see EJ like this. ''So I'm not alone.'' Nicole whispered. ''What?'' ''EJ.. You are not alone with your misery!'' ''Oh really?'' ''No, you're not! My whole life has been this one big mess! People say I'm an awful liar, bitch, ho, slut, and the list just goes on!'' Nicole exclaimed as EJ stared at her, ''I've done a lot of stupid things which I do regret, but after I go through this divorce with Victor, I feel that I can just start all over! Find a job, maybe get married and have a kid, you know? The basic stuff. EJ, I bet you and your wife are going to spend the rest of your lives together and see your son grow, just work it out!'' Nicole said, and looked up at EJ again. No reaction. ''Nicole.. My wife doesn't want me back.'' ''Why?'' ''Well Sami, you know Samantha Brady, is a Brady she hates me and my family because we're DiMera's.'' EJ explained. ''Sami... Sa.. Sa.. mi?'' ''Yes, Samantha Brady. You know her?'' EJ asked. ''I think I'm gonna be sick!'' Nicole shouted and rushed to the ladies' room. |

''Oh my gosh!'' Nicole sobbed as she closed the doors behind her. She couldn't believe it! ''Sami Brady.. I should've seen this coming!'' she exclaimed and threw her bag to the floor, and slid against the wall. A long time ago Nicole had sworn she wouldn't get involved in Sami's business ever again, but hey, here she went again; trying for her husband! ''Okay Nicole. Leave the building smoothly and tell EJ politely goodbye.'' Nicole kept telling herself. ''Nicole!'' EJ shouted and rushed to the dark corner Nicole was standing. ''EJ...'' ''Something happened after I told Samantha was.. I mean is, my wife. I want to know what it is.'' ''Well, since I wanted, and I still do wanna start with a clean slate.. Okay, I hate Sami. It's that simple. And she hates me. Ever since I've known her we've been fighting, about men normally, and now being like this with her husband, EJ you must realize my situation?'' EJ laughed. ''Yes.. Well in my opinion you shouldn't really give a damn about her! She dumped me for Lucas. I understand excatly how you feel.'' At that point Nicole did understand that she wasn't Sami's bitch. If she'd dumped EJ, and they weren't even living together, just spending some time with him wasn't a bad thing at all! ''Okay! So were is Sami now?'' ''With Lucas and the twins. Sami lives in Marlena's old penthouse.'' ''And you live in the DiMera mansion?'' Nicole smirked. ''Yep. You want to see what it's like there?'' ''Sure!'' Nicole exclaimed,''I've seen what it's like at the Kiriakis', so I guess now it's the DiMera's turn!'' she laughed and they both left Chez Rouge feeling happy and relaxed! |
