Is this a problem with PCs? I have a mac and I can chat fine..maybe we should see in changing the chat software? (Is that how you call it? I'm not tech savvy.) |

Oh I guess it is a problem lol! I thought that it was just my computer. Liz- I have a PC--it might be a PC problem or something that we need to download in order to get the chat to work. |

For me, the computer kicks me off saying virus detectedAlso, I know canadians can not access the chat so if anyone can recommend any chat sites, then that would be great  thanks!

Ok, I went to parachat (the chat that we use) and their are forums that you can post a question and they will answer or you can browse through questions that others have asked. Here's the link to the Free-chat advice. http://forums.parachat.com/index.php?showforum=3 There is a question about the red "x," and it has to do with Java, they have a link to fix the problem. Alright, I am in communications with Parachat over this problem: For Canadian members, When you say that you are unable to connect, please describe exactly what is occurring, and attach a screenshot that demonstrates the issue if possible. Do you see any error code or messages in the chat window? If so, what is the error code/message? For NonCanadian Users: If you are in the US, and are unable to connect, please describe exactly what is occurring, and attach a screenshot that demonstrates the issue if possible.
