Member #106 Joined: 07/22/08	One of the major reasons this board initially appealed to me was that it is not registration-only to view. I really appreciate that because it allows people to read and get a sense of what the posters are like before deciding to join--and if you don't want to post and just want to read, then you don't ever have to become a member if you don't want to. As a rule I dislike membership-only fan boards, in part because it seems obvious they want to be able to claim every member as part of an active fanbase, when in reality even on membership-only boards typically only a relative handful of people actively post. Even on general, non-private Days boards where I post or have posted in the past, I see the same handful of people over and over and over again. Numbers have always mattered less to me than quality, funny, interesting posts that don't have to be 100% positive all the time, and I think we have that here.

I am a member of many different boards for the many different soaps i watch but its this one that is like home to me. Most boards i just visit once in a while but this one im on at least every other day, and usually everyday. its just really natural and has become just like a habit, like i have to check in and see whats happening hehe. So thanks guys for always keeping it interesting and drawing me in..long live TDM!!

To be honest, this actually happened to me! It wasn't that I wanted to preview TDM, I was just too shy. I found TDM I think a little over a year ago (Jan/Feb '09) and I would always read a post and either laugh, cry or just enjoy would others had to say. And the more posts I read, the more I realized that this place is sorta like a family. Everyone can express their opinions and everyone else either agrees or disagrees, which is interesting because you can then debate/discuss and often times I actually change my thoughts and opinions chnge because of these awesome debate/discussions! I finally joined in March '09 and everyone is so sweet here! Like amazzedejole, I also HAVE to check TDM whenever I'm online. SOOOOOOOOO....CONGRATUALATIONS TDM! And thanks for being one of the best and funnest boards online.

I found this one and was so glad that I didnt have to register to see any content! I found that the members were not of one mind and would be willing to debate and not be labeled a "fair weather" if you disagreed! I <3 TDM!

I love the humor here, I love the wit, I love that even though things aren't being written in our favor, we aren't bitter, mean or blinded by the rose colored glasses. It's an honest board filled with hope because we know that once we had a powerhouse, sexy, kick ass couple who loved each other. We will get there again. Viva la Ejole! Thanks to the mods for being pretty cool too and always bringing the scoop!
