Okay, it's pretty clear to anyone who's read my posts that I'm a Nicole fan. I pull for her 100% of the time, or nearly, b/c she has understandable reasons for doing what she did -- and b/c she's just so sympathetically played by Ari. After watching Monday, 2/22, Days, I started wondering: fans out there who love EJ, what do you think of all that's happened? I mean, I'll put my spin on the EJady -- EJ telling Brady to tell Nicole Syd is dead -- clearly a plot point to give Brady a reason to see Nicole. BUT I can also see EJ's not being able to do it himself. He prefers out of sight, out of mind with Nicole. And actually asking "someone who gives a damn" to tell her is somewhat kind...sort of... But just how far are they willing to go with this? Does anyone out there still love EJ? At this point, I'm thinking if they do make it to the island, even Syd and Giovanni will vote him off... LMao Peachy @ your last sentence! I knew this topic would be coming up sooner or later...funny but I was thinking about it this weekend as I watched Soaper's clips of EJ throwing Syd's clothes in the river. I cannot speak for anyone, but for me, it all depends on their scenes when they come back. Do I want this EJ with Nicole? Nope. I don't want him doing the "Sami special" to her! Do I want Brady? Nope, the guys too goody-goody and would want to change Nicole. Yet, I do feel Nicole needs a friend and I like Brady as that! It also gets EJ so fuckin jealous that I love it! All I want right no is for Syd to be Nicole's. Nicole can raise her while EJs locked up (or getting caught and LOSING custody.) I even can take a bit of Bricole- thats fine. I personally think EJ needs to pay because I dont want him always getting away with everything like having glitter sprinkled on! The time has come for EJ to pay..then we can talk about EJole! I truly have no idea how they are going to weave EJ back into anyone's life after all of this. He is lying to everyone, playing everyone...its all around deception about Sydney. I don't like him, and he isn't rootable, but if they aren't writing him off the show, then he will have to be integrated back into the mix where I think Nicole will come in. She is the only one who loved him/loves him, and apparantly the only one who can take him down, maybe even beat him. Knowing she lost Sydney, and assuming they won't make Sydney hers, she has nothing to lose and might even work against EJ to get Sydney back to Sami. Sami will get sole custody of both kids which might lead to EJ and Nicole battling it out. I think Nicole would win. Or they might make it so that nobody will ever know who took Sydney and just write off the whole story, and there will be no need to redeem him, except to the audience. Or maybe Nicole will blackmail him. But no, not a fan of EJ right now. But if this gets his further and further from EJami, I'll take it and deal.

When EJ first came to Salem and it was clear that he had a nefarious hidden agenda I loved to hate him. I cheered his evil doings, his machinations, his psychotic lack of remorse while plotting the undoing of innocent Salemites. Then EJ started to have "feelings" for Sami and I straight up hated his whussy, stroller pushing ass. I only started to liked EJ when he was with Nicole. My affection for EJ wore thin while Nicole was still around and he was hogging the pity pot. I haven't forgiven him for not being able to forgive Nicole but I don't hate him for making Sami suffer. My only issue with EJ's revenge plan against Sami is that he is using a child to do it. I would have been much happier if he had simply arranged to have Sami and Rafe's car blown up. |

Not a fan of EJ at all right now. I find his scenes cringe worthy because of his distasteful acts and his glee and relishment in the pain of others. Don't get me wrong I love an unapologetic bad ass, however, the subject matter and the use of a child in revenge plans leaves such a bad taste in my mouth. I don't want him with anyone at the moment. I think he needs to be exposed post haste and pay for his crimes like yesterday. Unfortunately, I think the longer story arc Corday referenced in his last preview means that EJ's crimes will not be exposed for potentially a year or so. I don't think I can wait that long and if his crimes get swept under the rug like Kate's ..... |

Yes I still love EJ, because EJ would not be doing this normally unlike Stefano. EJ needs a reason to do bad things this time it is betrayal. He was betrayed by everyone he trusted and loved, and sooner or later his heart will come back stop him from doing what he is about to do. It does not matter what EJ does I will still love him, because underneath everything he still has a good heart or he could not love his kids as much as he does. |

Sure EJ has been betrayed, but I cannot see how much love he has for his kids. He has imprisoned Syd in some cabin with a woman who barely knew her. EJ is not focused being a good father, but rather revenge, pain and torture for those who hurt him. I understand EJ trying to get even with Sami, Rafe, Nicole and Steffy to a point. That point being using his children. EJ is acting like Steffy. |

I read that alot on various boards about how Ej loves his children, and I don't see it either. He is using them as pawns in a game against Sami. He took Sydney away from everyone and is keeping her like a prisoner in a cabin away from her siblings, grandparents, familiar surroundings, playdates, etc. Then EJ disappears for hours on end leaving her with just Anna. Not to mention that Johnny's mother is going nutso and I am sure that is affecting him. But ti doesn't matter because EJ is planning to take Syd and Johnny away from everything they know, including Johnny's twin sister, for good. So where does this love for his children come about? EJ is in love with himself. Period. He used to love his kids, he used to show Nicole love, but that is gone now. I hope it comes back. |

The Ej that is on screen now is not the same person. He used to love and care about his kids. He used to deeply love Nicole and was truly happy with her. Now he hates everyone, and seems to be completly miserable. I hate the way he is now. He's so unlikeable and unrootable. I want Nicole with Ej, but not this Ej. I want him to change for the better, but the only way I can see that happening is for him to get caught. I want him to aknowledge that it is because of Nicole that he actually knows Sydney. I don't want to hear him bad mouth Nicole ever again, because last time I remember he was the one who faked his own daughters death to make Sami suffer, not Nicole. |

Indeed. I want him to hit rock bottom and finally realize Nicole is the only woman who will ever love HIM, as is. EXCEPT for the abuse he put her through. I don't hate him, just with Sami. I can take anything he does as long as he is good to Nicole and doesn't keep after the bimbo. In the end, I want him crawling three miles to grovel at Nic's elegant feet, begging for another chance. With the keys to her new Bugatti and her new NiMansion, both in HER name only. |
