Nicole picks up her cellmate, Tiffany and throws her across the cell, where she lands in front of the bars. She yells that if she wants to get along in this place, she has to get along with her. Tiffany cowers on the floor and when the guard, Mrs. McTavish shows up, Nicole whines that she was being threatened! Tiffany scoots to the other side of the cell and reluctantly says that this is her own fault. Nicole hurt her arm and wants to go to the infirmary. The guard chastises that Nicole’s been there a few times this week already. When Nicole threatens to complain to the warden, she is taken to the infirmary. She gives a cursory glance back at Tiffany and smirks when she leaves. Once she returns, she yells after Mrs. McTavish, "Enjoy your Ida Lupino movies!" Tiffany asks for a truce but Nicole doesn’t like truces. She relents and asks Tiffany to make a gesture of her respect and admiration. “Hail Nicole, who I respect and admire,” Tiffany spits out. Nicole grabs Tiffany and shakes her, yelling that’s not what she meant. Later, Tiffany hands Nicole a flask of alcohol and she almost spits it out. Tiffany’s sorry it’s not the fine brandy Nicole’s used to swigging like when she was a DiMera. Nicole gets on the defense and informs Tiffany she still is a DiMera. More than they know. Back at Statesville, Nicole has a visitor and thinks it’s her mother, Faith. It’s Chloe. They happily greet each other and Nicole is happy to hear Sydney’s back but they don’t know who took her. Nicole has a hard time when Chloe refers to Sami as Sydney’s mother. Sami and EJ have everything they want, and she’s in prison. She flashes back to the leopard print boots and tells Chloe she doesn’t think she’ll ever remember more. on the next days: Chloe says, "You don't have a choice." Nicole says, "Like hell I don't." heres the recap from soaps.com! my thoughts:i thought faye was nicoles moms name!not faith-hmmmm.... nicole is sydneys real mom in every aspect! they @ 1st didnt want sydney to have a physical which could mean dna right? so im thinking that adds even more fuel to the fire when it comes to my believeth that sydney is nicoles! man i hope im right!that would be sooooo awesome!  also,glad to see nicole fiesty and tough again!i hope she slaps the heck out of sami brady!   go nicole!u have been MAJORLY missed!

I love how DAYS writes that Nicole still feels a connection to Syd, yet she knows that she's not "hers" (yet!) LOL Thanks for the recap! |

Poor Nicole. It's still so obvious that she loves Sydney. I'm glad she hasn't forgotten about the way someone else has. Ex: Sami dropping her off at Carolines after not even having her for a day to just chase after Rafe. |

At Statesville, Nicole’s concerned that the FBI doesn’t know who took Sydney and blames herself for everything. She knows that voice she heard when the kidnapper took Sydney, but can’t figure out who it is. Nicole starts to make threats about what she’d do if she gets a hold of the kidnapper. Chloe asks her to calm down or she’ll wind up staying longer. Nicole complains about life in prison and Chloe says she should find a way to accept it. She’s stuck in there without a choice. Nicole says like hell she does. Talk turns to Chloe and Daniel. Chloe talks about her hysterical pregnancy. Nicole sympathizes and Chloe says Daniel sent her to a shrink. Nicole hates sensitive guys. "They’re always in your business." Chloe hasn’t gone to a single therapy appointment but feels bad that she can’t give Daniel a child. Chloe confesses Daniel’s a father. He and Carly did the deed, years ago. Nicole’s floored and tells Chloe to make Daniel forget all about Carly and Melanie. Make him focus on her. It’s Chloe’s turn to be shocked and tells her it’s awful advice. Nicole thinks Chloe needs to keep Daniel on a short lease, or she’ll lose him. Nicole tells Chloe that Sydney belongs miles away, with her, but that’s not going to happen. She tells Chloe to tell EJ to drop dead and asks her to thank Brady for this. She hesitates and then takes it back. She'd rather Chloe didn't say anything to Brady. They say goodbye and the guard arrives with a toothbrush and forces Nicole to clean the floor with it. Next time she thinks about beating up an inmate, she’ll remember cleaning the floor! Nicole’s jaw drops. She calls out for somebody to get her out of there! nicoles right sydney does belong with her!
