I heard this song yesterday and I had to do a little writing. Open Arms The way his arms tightened around her waist as they danced slowly,letting their bodies sway to the music made Nicole feel so safe. She buried her face on EJ's chest inhaling his scent as the words of the song echoed her thoughts from last night. Lying beside you, here in the dark Feeling your heart beat with mind Softly you whisper, you re so sincere How could our lives be so blind We sailed on together We drifted apart And here you are by my side EJ's hand slid up her back and gently cupped her head to pull her from his chest so he could lightly caress her face. The way she was looking back at him made him feel so loved. Everything they came through: Sami,Trent,his father and so on made this moment so worth it. "Nicole I just want to say it again, I love you." EJ smiled,"I'm afraid you might get tired of hearing it,but I can't help it." She smiled back and closed her eyes for a moment,"EJ I love you too, and I'll never get tired of saying it,or hearing it or-." "Or showing it."EJ finished for her. He then took her mouth for a passionate kiss. So now I come to you, with open arms Nothing to hide, believe what I say So here I am with open arms Hoping youll see what your love means to me Open arms Nicole returned the kiss,running her hands through his hair,not caring if anyone was watching them at this moment. But this being Salem, the other patrons on the dance floor paid no mind to her and EJ. Living without you, living alone This empty house seems so cold Wanting to hold you, wanting you near How much I wanted you home EJ broke the kiss But now that youve come back Turned night into day I need you to stay. "I really must resist the urge to maul you in public" Nicole laughed slightly "I think I was about to do some mauling myself.But it can wait untill you take me out of here." EJ smiled and traced his fingers down her arm."Just say the word and I will take you out of here for some proper,private mauling." There was a twinkle in Nicole's eyes and she simply said,"Word." EJ took her hand and led her off the dance floor and out building as the last of the song played. So now I come to you, with open arms Nothing to hide, believe what I say So here I am with open arms Hoping youll see what your love means to me Open arms |

I'm so glad everyone liked it, I hope I get to write more soon, it's just hard to get on the computer these days, working new hours is killing me. I'm getting the day off Friday, so I'm hoping to catch up on Days and maybe get inspired. |
