It's possible that Nicole overhears Sami suggesting to EJ that a paternity test should be done, and then offers to go right then and there to have it done.
After a second look at the spoilers I think that this is how it will play out. Sami will probably start calling Nicole a tramp and slut like she always does, and taunt Nicole about the paternity of the baby. Nicole will go ahead and get the test to prove the twit wrong.

 A bit early for a paternity test, I think... Ugh, I like Sami, but sometimes the things she does really piss me off. I bet she is the reason for Nicole having to get the paternity test... Gah, she's the one they should be worried about when it comes to lying about things like that.

 I whole-heartedly stand by the fact that nowhere in my (even pessimistic, at times :O ) imagination-do I see EJ telling Nicole he wants a paternity test. This will be of her own volition, and of that I am 99.9% certain.
